Santa Fe Villa comprises 3 self-contained apartments, and adjacent wing with 2 bedrooms, with tea-making facilities, TV, DVD and shared bathroom facilities.
Upper Level	"THE HACIENDA" has 1 Queen Bedroom and 1 Double Bedroom, spacious living areas, panoramic views over Oneroa Bay from large decks, all opens to the Santa Fe BBQ Courtyard. Sky Digital, DVD, Stereo.
	"CASA WING", adjacent, has 1 Queen Bedroom, and 1 Twin Single bedroom. TV, DVD, shared bathroom facilities, opens to courtyard also.
Lower Level	"STUDIO VISTA", Queen bed and Single Bed, ensuite bathroom, seperate full kitchen, large, private, sunny deck overlooking Bay and beaches. TV, DVD.
	"STUDIO SIESTA" Double bed, ensuits bathroom, full seperate kitchen, provate, sunny deck, seaviews, seperate entrabce. TV, DVD.

RATES (per night)
"THE HACIENDA"	$250 - 2 persons $350 - 3-4 persons
"CASA WING"	$125 per room, or $200 for the unit
$500 per night to rent the Upper Level (Hacienda and Casa Wing), sleeping up to 8 people.
"STUDIO VISTA"	$180, or $150 per night for 2 nights
"STUDIO SIESTA"	$160, or $130 per night for 2 nights

Rates negotiable for 4 nights or longer stays.
